One Class

I helped out in my daughter's class yesterday by doing some testing for the quarter. It's amazing how the skills are totally across the board already at this level. Some have no idea what I'm asking them to do, some do fine, others make it look easy. It's hard to believe it's the same class! However, each child has a gift to offer the class. You may not know what it is at times, but it does shine through eventually. We're like that as that as the body of Christ. Some of us might not have the skills of a scholar, but we're valuable as a child of God. Our gift may not be apparent, our "body part" may seem insignificant, but God composed the entire body and we all play a role in growing together.

" ...But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it."
1 Corinthians 12:24-26

Funny thing. I did the exact same thing in Taylor's class, and I saw the same results. I liked your spin on it for sure!
