What a Day!

It was quite the day for our birthday girl. First, mom surprised her at school with cupcakes for her class and took her home a little bit early. Then we headed in the car as a family to the big city for Build-A-Bear-Workshop. She had a VERY difficult time picking out what animal she should build, but eventually she picked out a gorgeous bear that gives money to 14 differen children's charities. A great choice! After naming it, dressing it, and giving it a new home, we were on our way to dinner at Red Robin. There she received balloons, a sundae, and a song. After dinner, we made our way to the new Cabela's and spent some time there. By the time we got home, everyone was exhausted. It was a great day, but a long one.

WOW!!! What a great day! I love the bear choice he/she is darling! You need to give me lessons on braiding her hair like that it is so cute. Glad to hear it was so fun, and I hope you all have recovered.

Love, A

What a fantastic birthday celebration! Build a bear is so much fun (I really want to try it myself)! And so much like your philanthropic and service-minded daughter to pick a bear that is a gift to others as well. So great! Glad it was fun for all! ;) -S

As I've just *smacked* my forehead for forgetting Grace's birthday and wiped the tears that resulted from reading Wednesday's post...

Can you please wish Jeff an EARLY Happy Birthday?

From the Millers?

:) Thanks.
