Our daughter is lucky in that she has met all of her great-grandparents, except one. She'll have memories of all of them which is more than a lot of kids can say. We are incredibly blessed to have them with us still. This week, my husband's grandfather went through a heart procedure, and made it through with flying colors. We are thankful that he's okay and that God got him through it just fine. I found a quote that pretty much sums up "Grandpa GG."
A grandfather is someone with silver in his hair and gold in his heart.
