Yesterday was a beautiful day. In fact, after my daughter got off the bus, we were outside for at least an hour and a 1/2. My dad came over to visit, and we just sat there soaking up the sun and listening to the birds. What a way to spend the day. While I know that winter is still here and the gigantic berms of snow still exist, you couldn't help but feel the season of spring coming on sometime soon. Of course, when we go out to the bus stop this morning, everything will be frozen again, but at least we got a chance to recharge our souls for the week, and it gave us that glimpse of faith that a new season is on its way.
