It must be "project" month. I have a friend that is remodeling her kitchen so they have just started laying tile down. My sister is remodeling a house, and she's been painting steady for two weeks. We have been slowly moving and cleaning in an effort to settle into one place. The days of fall are blowing by without much rest. I'm all for having an intense work ethic. I was raised that way. However, at some point, it does become a character flaw when you work too much. You have to take time to enjoy life and not let the work consume you. Before you know it, Christmas will be here and we'll wonder what happened to the beautiful fall colors and how come our kids are another inch taller. Even God took a break. I would think that would be a strong argument for taking some time off, don't you?
"And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done."

So good! So true! I am all for enjoying fall too - it is one of my favorite times of year. Remember to take your own advice as you tackle this move my friend. Thinking and praying for you this day! love, A
