Yesterday, the snow would not stop falling. I think over the course of Saturday night and all day Sunday, we have acquired about 2 feet of the white stuff. It's starting to wear on everyone, though, and on our equipment. The four-wheeler was down after my husband busted a cable, my sister's snowblower quit working, and my dad's tractor has a new leak. We're also running out of room to put the stuff. The driveway is getting smaller and smaller. Pretty soon, we won't be able to look out our windows. However, somehow we manage to make it through another day. For some reason it all gets taken care of. It's kind of like that in life, too. No matter how bad we feel or how much pain we're in, we can somehow make it through the day and start all over. Every new day provides a new outlook on things. If we can hang on to that, the "snow" in our life won't overwhelm us.
"He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters."
